Memory Care Coordinator ~ Senior Living Community

Reflections Coordinator oversees staffing and delivery of dementia-care in the Memory Care Community. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training, supervising, and scheduling caregivers and med techs; monitoring resident needs and communicating with the Wellness Director; addressing family concerns; administering medications and maintaining records; developing and updating Negotiated Service Plans and assessments; coordinating mandatory training and in-service sessions; ensuring infection control and safety guidelines; and promoting teamwork across departments while maintaining compliance with regulations and company policies. The role requires genuine interest in residents with dementia, strong communication with residents and families, and ability to manage operations within budget and policy.
