Job Summary
Provide warm, engaging personal care services and support to residents in memory care settings. Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and encourage participation in community programs. Monitor changes in residents' day and personal care needs to collaborate with the Nurse on updating Resident Care Plans. Maintain a compassionate attitude while helping others make a difference in the lives of seniors.
Required Qualifications
- You have a positive attitude and love working with people!
- You have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Desired Qualifications
- A current state required certification as a CNA/HHA/CHHA- Medication Aide Certified is a plus.
