Job Summary
The Village Program Clinical Manager leads the Memory Care neighborhood, coordinating resident care and delegating tasks to Resident Care Assistants and Medication Technicians, while monitoring overall operations in the Memory Care area. The role requires clinical leadership, coordination of care plans, evaluation of resident conditions, and collaboration with the Wellness Director. Responsibilities include supervising care delivery, ensuring accurate medication administration and MAR documentation, maintaining open communication with resident families, participating in care conferences, coaching RCAs/MTs, ensuring safety and compliance, and participating in on-call rotations and weekend coverage. LPN preferred; licensed nurse required. Weekend and special events availability may be needed.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a licensed nurse or certified to administer medications in state where community is located; LPN preferred; graduate of accredited school of nursing.
- Minimum of two years supervisory experience preferred.
- Assisted Living and/or Memory Care experience, required.
