Job Summary
Memory Care - Care Provider supports residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) such as eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, and continence; responds to needs promptly while maintaining residents’ dignity and safety; communicates observed changes to a supervisor; maintains a safe, secure environment and promotes teamwork with staff and other departments; role requires excellent customer service and the ability to interact with residents, families, and healthcare professionals; shifts are ALL SHIFTS 6am-2:30pm; High School Diploma or GED required, 18+, background checks and health screenings required; benefits include medical/dental/vision, paid time off, life insurance, 401(k) with company match, and more; position is full-time with equal opportunity employer statement.
Required Qualifications
