Job Summary
Provide memory care support with emphasis on empathy and resident engagement. Responsibilities include observing residents, creating and implementing engagement plans, setting the scene for daily routines, accurately documenting resident care and condition changes, and assisting with orientation of care-team members. Must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or equivalent, be able to communicate in English, maintain a positive, energetic attitude toward residents, and be physically capable of active caregiving and lifting up to 50 pounds. Shift is 7pm-7am in Westlake, OH; full-time role with a starting hourly wage of $18.00-$24.75.
Required Qualifications
