Job Summary
Conduct resident enrichment activities based on the Whole Person Wellness Model, incorporating intellectual, social, emotional, vocational, and spiritual experiences. Perform welcome orientations for prospective and new residents, engage in community visits, and manage seasonal holiday decorations. Schedule weekend activities, oversee the volunteer program, and provide transportation for group events and personal appointments. Utilize iPads to create content for community TVs and Facebook, ensuring high-quality customer service. Represent American House professionally at all community events and notify the Life Enrichment Director of emergency situations. Work weekends and report directly to the Life Enrichment Director.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends and sometimes weekends for events
- Provide transportation for both group events and personal appointments
- Proficiency with software applications/programs/tools used by American House for Life Enrichment position
- Programs for the month should be based on the Whole Person Wellness Model and should incorporate at least 2 of the 6 experiences (Intellectual, Social, Emotional, Vocational, and Spiritual)
