Job Summary
Plan and lead daily programs supporting cognitive, social, and emotional engagement for memory care residents. Adapt activities to varying cognitive levels and provide hands-on caregiving support including transfers, toileting, and personal hygiene. Assist residents during mealtimes and monitor behavior or physical changes to report to nursing staff. Maintain clean, safe activity spaces and collaborate with caregivers and leadership to meet community goals. Work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead groups and engage residents with varying cognitive abilities
- Willingness to assist with hands-on caregiving tasks
- Ability to lift, transfer, and support residents safely
- Creative, patient, and resident-centered mindset
- Someone who enjoys building meaningful connections with residents
- A team player who can switch between activities and caregiving as needed
- A compassionate individual who understands the unique needs of memory care
- Someone who brings energy, creativity, and empathy to their work every day
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with dementia care preferred but not required
