Job Summary
Memory Care Activities Assistant role focused on enriching residents' lives through warm, engaging activities; requires caregiving skills, empathy, and ability to collaborate with the care team. Responsibilities include creating age-appropriate activities for residents with memory-related dementia, managing daily schedules, and supporting residents’ emotional and cognitive well-being. Must demonstrate CARE values (Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, Excellence) and have or obtain CNA training/certification per state requirements. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; or 1-3 months’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Successful completion of a State approved Nursing Assistant training and competency evaluation program or a CNA competency evaluation program approved by the State
