Job Summary
Present preliminary Good/Better/Best memorial design options to client families using CAD software, applying intake information and cultural preferences to customize lasting products. During arrangement or pre-need meetings, present design choices, materials, and colors while listening for client wishes to immediately revise layouts that enhance park, crypt, or mausoleum settings. Finalize product decisions, update proprietary software with pricing, and order materials from vendors, addressing delays and inspecting delivered items for design accuracy. Post-installation, notify clients of completion and actively participate in daily sales huddles to review appointment schedules and prepare for future designs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least one year in a support role
- Experience in a customer service environment
- Proficient with MS Office software suite, particularly Outlook
- Strong attention to design detail
- Ability to learn computer automated drawing (CAD) software
- Ability to continually improve skills and industry knowledge
- Ability to self-prioritize work load to meet shifting priorities in a fast paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
- Professional attire required when in contact with families
- Ability to work evenings and weekends to meet with clients
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with data based or CAD a plus
- Bi-lingual a plus
