Provide friendly customer service in a Michaels store in Gatineau, QC. Responsibilities include assisting customers, maintaining fast, friendly checkout with cash handling, unloading trucks, stocking and merchandising, executing planograms (POGs), driving in-store programs such as Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS), promoting the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, enrolling customers in VOC surveys, cross-training in Custom Framing sales/production, maintaining stock and store recovery, supporting shrink and safety programs, adhering to SOPs and company policies, and showcasing a positive, collaborative team presence in a climate-controlled public retail environment.
