Job Summary
Lead Operator for Membrane Casting Equipment on the LifeASSURE line (2nd shift, 3pm-11:15pm). You will lead and mentor a manufacturing team, coordinate daily production activities, resolve equipment issues, and ensure adherence to GMP, ISO, and safety standards. Responsibilities include operating membrane casting equipment, instructing operators on accurate operating methods, keeping batch records, collaborating with other departments to resolve issues, training new employees, and maintaining a clean, compliant controlled environment. Requires 4 years of manufacturing experience; high school diploma or GED; strong knowledge of GMP/ISO and regulatory requirements; proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office; ability to follow safety protocols, read technical documentation, and work in a team-focused setting.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 4 years of manufacturing experience
- Strong knowledge of cGMP, ISO standards and regulatory requirements
- Ability to read and interpret manufacturing documentation, SOPs, and technical specifications
- Proficiency with manufacturing software systems, ERP platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in PPE
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience training and developing team members
- Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as needed
