Job Summary
Memberships Coordinator responsible for end-to-end membership onboarding (account setup, ownership transfers, waivers, and record maintenance), onboarding communications, invoice administration and payment tracking to ensure smooth integration of new members. Provides front-line customer service to members, residents, guests, and the public, handling inquiries, registrations, payments, and facility information. Supports daily office operations, documentation management, and compliance with organizational policies; collaborates with internal and external stakeholders (lawyers, real estate agents, property managers, service providers) to ensure accurate, timely processing and a welcoming community experience. Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and adaptable to changing priorities; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and special events as required.
Required Qualifications
