Job Summary
Hyper Wellness Representatives are the face of each Restore location, greeting clients and assisting with wellness services, handling phone inquiries and voicemails, and managing bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations. Onboarding new clients (medical waivers and POS profiles), conducting tours, selling service packages and memberships, educating clients on Restore services and precautions, and performing opening/closing procedures are core duties. Maintain a safe, clean environment, serve as an expert on Restore products and services, and embody the brand's values while contributing to a fun, engaged store culture. Requires at least one year of customer service in retail, ability to work weekends, and strong communication and collaboration skills.
