Membership Support Consultant at Goodlife Health Clubs in Maroochydore (Part-time). Proactively contribute to club sales, generate and convert high-quality leads through community outreach and referrals, deliver sales presentations and tours to prospective members, welcome and engage members, and participate in retention initiatives to support members on their fitness journeys. Responsible for driving membership growth, meeting lead targets via phone outreach, and sustaining positive member experiences through personalized interactions. Must hold First Aid & CPR certificates, possess excellent communication and rapport-building skills, demonstrate problem-solving abilities, and maintain a customer-focused, tenacious approach to achieving individual targets and team goals.
