Membership Support Advisor - Nottingham

Membership Support Advisor role based at the Nottingham membership hub. Responsibilities include handling member queries across Chat, Telephone and Email, processing inquiries efficiently, and engaging with members to deliver high-quality service. Office-based with hours 9:00–17:00 or 10:00–18:00.
