Job Summary
Membership/ Subscription/ Inside Sales Rep role focusing on renewing expired members, signing up new members, and retaining existing members, plus acquiring new agents as paid members. Responsibilities include making 120+ outbound calls daily, selling 50+ memberships each month, maintaining product knowledge, and using Insightly (CRM) to manage relationships and renewals. Requires 1-3 years of inside sales experience in a high-volume environment, familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce or Insightly), and ability to work remotely from 7:30am to 4:30pm, Monday–Friday. Knowledge of real estate agent duties and mortgage servicing is preferred. Remote work capability and strong communication skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 Years of inside sales experience in a high-volume, outbound sales environment
- Proficiency using a CRM system (Salesforce, Insightly, or similar)
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed monthly sales goals
- Excellent verbal communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
- Ability to articulate product value and benefits; adapt messaging to agent experience levels
- Strong listening skills; ability to identify customer needs
- Self-discipline, organization, and ability to work well in a team environment
- Reliable high-speed internet and ability to work remotely
- Ability to work from 7:30am – 4:30pm, Monday – Friday
- Broad-based knowledge of real estate agents’ duties and mortgage servicing industry
- Prolonged periods of sitting and heavy data entry at a workstation
