Job Summary
Conduct external and internal prospecting to generate leads, then book membership appointments through daily phone activities to meet monthly goals. Present the "Fitness Tour" to all guests, aiming for a 50% enrollment closure rate, while ensuring personal sales room financial targets for new member revenue and personal training sales are exceeded. Follow up with enrolled members to exceed expectations and assist in retaining members requesting cancellation. Maintain a clean facility, adhere to strict uniform and timekeeping policies, and attend mandatory daily and monthly team meetings. Schedule includes weekends and holidays with requests submitted in writing.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree or GED
- 1-2 years sales experience
- In-depth knowledge of sales practices and techniques
- General understanding of Fitness Industry
- Ability to work with computers
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Independent, self-starter with strong organizational skills
- Team player
- Must complete company sales training and orientation program
- Must be available to work Weekends and Holidays
