Job Summary
Grow gym membership through dynamic sales, outreach, and high-energy service. Lead generation, appointment setting, and delivering a world-class fitness-tour experience to prospective members. Confidently present membership options, close enrollments, and ensure a positive member experience. Represent the UFC GYM brand with enthusiasm in the club and local community, collaborate with coaching/operations teams, and maintain accurate lead and sales activity in the gym management system. Requires strong communication, relationship-building, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in sales; strong understanding of sales practices
- Previous experience in fitness, retail, or hospitality is highly preferred
- Excellent interpersonal communication and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse groups of people
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort using lead management software
- Self-starter with a "can-do" attitude who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
