Membership Specialist

The Membership Specialist drives growth for UFC GYM by generating leads, setting appointments, delivering world-class tours of our MMA-inspired facility, and closing memberships. Responsibilities include lead generation through phone calls, community outreach, and social media engagement; managing the sales pipeline to meet daily and monthly goals; delivering high-energy tours; presenting membership options to help new members achieve their fitness goals; and ensuring a positive member experience through follow-up and engagement. Key skills include strong sales practices, excellent interpersonal communication, ability to build rapport with diverse groups, basic computer proficiency, and comfort using lead management software. The role emphasizes being a brand ambassador with a proactive, self-starter attitude in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
