Membership Specialist

The Membership Specialist represents UFC GYM by delivering a welcoming, informative, and engaging experience to members and guests. Responsibilities include lead generation through external and internal marketing, appointment booking, conducting gym tours, and presenting membership options to drive enrollment and achieve monthly sales targets. The role requires building relationships with local merchants, collecting leads, scheduling and achieving appointment and guest goals, ensuring proper enrollment handoffs, and maintaining high levels of customer service. The position demands strong sales skills, excellent interpersonal communication, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and adherence to uniform and timekeeping policies. Availability includes weekends and holidays. Minimum education is a high school diploma or GED, with mandatory company sales training and orientation; 1-2 years of sales experience preferred.
