Job Summary
The Membership Specialist drives growth by sharing the UFC GYM mission, building relationships with prospective members, and helping them start their fitness journey through effective sales, outreach, and high-energy service. Responsibilities include lead generation through phone calls, community outreach, and social media; appointment setting to hit daily and monthly goals; delivering a world-class gym tour to showcase MMA-inspired programs; closing by presenting membership options and enrolling new members; ensuring a welcoming member experience and ongoing engagement; acting as a brand ambassador in the club and local community; collaborating with coaching and operations teams to ensure seamless member hand-offs; and accurately tracking leads, guest data, and sales activity in the gym management system.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in sales; preferred fitness/retail/hospitality
- Excellent interpersonal communication and ability to build rapport quickly with diverse groups
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with lead management software
- Ability to manage leads, appointments, and enrollments effectively
