Job Summary
As a Membership Services Representative, you’ll be the face of Zap Fitness, delivering premium service and helping members with inquiries while building relationships and keeping them motivated on their fitness journey. This role blends sales, service, and operational support in a fast-moving club environment, requiring someone who thrives on delivering a high-quality experience at every touchpoint. The right candidate will have experience in fast-paced customer service, a passion for health and fitness, strong communication skills, the ability to work autonomously, and weekend availability. The position offers a competitive hourly rate plus commission, a gym membership, and additional benefits within Fitness & Lifestyle Group.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience and success in a fast-paced premium customer service role
- Interest and passion for health and fitness
- Intermediate computer skills
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to perform in an autonomous environment
- Be available to work Saturdays and some days during the week
- Previous sales experience is desirable
