Job Summary
Conduct member interactions, answer enquiries, and support members with their fitness journey to build strong relationships and drive loyalty. Blend sales, service, and operational support to create a welcoming, high-quality experience at every touchpoint, helping members feel confident and motivated to stay active. Work in a fast-moving environment requiring autonomous performance, with availability for Saturdays and some weekday shifts. Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience and success in a fast-paced premium customer service role
- Interest and passion for health and fitness
- Intermediate computer skills
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to perform in an autonomous environment
- Available to work Saturdays and some days during the week
