Job Summary
Membership Services Rep needed at Mercy Fitness Center in Jackson, MO. Duties include greeting and assisting members, enforcing center policies, handling mail distribution, and ensuring closing procedures are completed accurately. Part-Time, 8 hours per week with a Varies/Rotating schedule. Education required: High School diploma. Preferred CPR/AED certification. Basic computer skills and strong phone etiquette required; prior customer service experience preferred (6 months to 1 year).
