Job Summary
Deliver outstanding customer service to season ticket members by guiding them through renewals, seat relocations, and troubleshooting day-of event issues. Answer inbound service line calls, manage customer service concerns for events like Draft Day and Training Camp, and visit members in person to deliver gifts and resolve concerns. Make outbound calls and send emails to inquire about experiences, request payments, and update members on stadium changes. Assist with mailing, invoicing projects, and support Club staff on gamedays and business operations offices while maintaining confidentiality. Perform various tasks assigned by Ticketing leadership in a high-energy environment requiring routine face-to-face interaction.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Ability to maintain confidential and/or proprietary information
- Ability and internal drive to demonstrate a winning attitude and a strong work ethic in the performance of all job responsibilities
- Strong desire and ability to provide highest level of customer service to all fans
- Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a high-energy environment
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to create and maintain solid working relationships at all levels across the organization and externally
- Excellent attention to detail and an ability to produce high-quality, accurate work within designated deadlines
- Working knowledge and prior work experience utilizing Ticketmaster, Archtics or other ticketing software
- Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office software applications
- Ability to effectively lead and coach others
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited college or university
- Prior sports industry experience
