Job Summary
Greet and assist members while providing outstanding customer service, answer phones professionally, perform general data entry and clerical functions, and give facility tours. Multi-task efficiently using computer systems with a strong sales background and excellent organizational and communication skills. Work effectively under pressure while maintaining a neat appearance and upholding core values of caring, honesty, responsibility, respect, and faith. Available for closing shifts Monday through Friday from 3pm to 9pm, including evenings and weekends. Must be at least 18 years old and pass pre-employment drug screen, criminal history, sex offender, and reference checks. Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Friendly, courteous, possess a cooperative attitude and be a team player
- Strong sales background
- Excellent organizational & communication skills
- Be able to multi-task
- Be computer literate
- Have previous customer service experience
- Be able to work effectively under pressure
- Be willing and able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Have a neat appearance and be well-groomed
- Be willing to uphold the YMCAs core values of caring, honesty, responsibility, respect, and faith
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen, criminal history, sex offender and reference checks
- Available for the following shifts: Closing Shifts Monday - Friday 3pm-9pm
