Membership Service Representative (All Shifts)

Create a positive environment for members checking in at the front desk and generate appointments through referrals, networking, and phone calls. Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours, and enroll them in memberships while maintaining accurate records using the VFP master systems. Continuously sell membership services during regular presentations and conduct daily facility walk-arounds to ensure cleanliness. Be knowledgeable of membership services and gym equipment to effectively inform and answer member questions.
