Job Summary
Membership Service Associate at the YMCA (Part Time) handles front desk and member services tasks: greeting members and the public, providing information on YMCA programs and policies, processing memberships and program registrations, handling phone inquiries, directing calls, and maintaining daily cash drawer. Duties include assisting with events, tours for prospective members, distributing items loaned from the branch, basic housekeeping in the front office, and ensuring safety and access control procedures are followed. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred), 18+ years old, strong interpersonal skills, clerical/computer abilities, ability to communicate with diverse individuals, and CPR/First Aid/AED certifications within 30 days of employment. The role emphasizes enthusiastic member engagement and adherence to mission-driven service, with physical requirements such as occasional lifting and mobility to support daily operations.
Required Qualifications

- Must be at least 18 years of age
