Membership Service Account Executive

Job Summary
Drive renewal sales and up-sell products including groups and individual suites for all sports and entertainment accounts. Build strong relationships through proactive communication, seat visits, and personalized experiences while maintaining updated client data in the CRM. Anticipate and resolve complaints, requests, and inquiries to ensure fan loyalty, and assist in delivering customized programs and benefits. Staff ticket sales kiosks and answer phones on game nights, and work additional duties as assigned. Collect referrals from season ticket holders and make required daily outgoing calls to the account base. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of team happenings, events, and benefits to communicate effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in sports management, marketing, or communications
- Minimum 2 year of customer service, preferably in ticket retention and service
- Possess the highest integrity and ethical standards
- Team player with the ability to handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional telephone manner
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and to self-motivate
- Demonstrated flexibility and creative problem-solving skills
- Must be self-directed and goal oriented
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service
- A true passion and desire to work in the sports industry
- Must possess knowledge of all Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work long or unpredictable hours on weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Irregular and extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Exposure to high noise level
- Frequent visual/auditory attention
Desired Qualifications
- Previous use and knowledge of any ticketing sources is preferred
