Job Summary
Conduct engaging club tours, present memberships and services, and guide prospective members through the selection process using proven sales techniques. Generate leads through referrals, networking, and community outreach while maintaining an active pipeline of scheduled appointments and follow-ups. Create welcoming first impressions, handle member inquiries and check-ins, and address concerns with empathy and professionalism. Maintain accurate records for leads, referrals, and sales while adhering to operational procedures and safety requirements. Support opening, closing, and merchandising duties in a fast-paced environment requiring evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the club for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Completion of Fitness Connection's EPIC Training Program within the designated timeframe
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or another customer-facing role preferred
