Job Summary
Membership Sales Teammate drives guest engagement, conducts club tours, follows up with leads, and negotiates memberships to convert prospects into paying members. Responsibilities include conducting tours, upselling add-ons, managing referrals, booking appointments from various lead sources, supporting front-desk needs, tracking daily metrics, and participating in team trainings. The role emphasizes a high-energy, competitive environment with a focus on delivering measurable results and contributing to leadership development within the club. Strong people skills, resilience, and a passion for fitness are essential; prior experience is not required as training is provided. Location-based deployments are in Charlotte, NC area with full-time schedules including mornings, evenings, and weekends. The position offers guaranteed $20/hour base with 40 hours per week and additional bonuses/contests. This is an entry-level sales role with clear paths to leadership within Fitness Connection.
