Job Summary
Assess individuals' fitness programs and level of fitness to develop personalized exercise programs and provide fitness counseling. Provide advice on exercising with fitness equipment; register and schedule guests for recreation activities; assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees; promote a fun, safe recreation atmosphere and ensure adherence to safety policies; process payments for rentals and activities; maintain clean, professional appearance and confidentiality; communicate clearly; develop positive working relationships; comply with company policies and procedures; and support quality improvements within the recreation facility.
Required Qualifications
- CPR Certification
- First Aid Certification
- Fitness Equipment
- Any certification or training required by local and state agencies.
