Job Summary
Assess individual fitness levels to develop personalized exercise programs and provide fitness counseling. Register and schedule guests for recreation activities, process payments for rentals and retail sales, and promote facility rules for guest safety. Welcome guests, assist individuals with disabilities, and report accidents or unsafe conditions to management. Call maintenance for equipment service, maintain adequate supplies, and ensure adherence to quality standards. Complete CPR and First Aid certifications, follow company policies, and maintain professional appearance while developing positive working relationships.
Required Qualifications
- CPR Certification
- First Aid Certification
- Fitness Equipment
- Any certification or training required by local and state agencies
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Less than 1-year of related work experience
- No supervisory experience
