Job Summary
Conduct on-site membership sales, customer service, data entry, and document processing for memberships sold on Zoo grounds. Respond to member telephone calls and monitor email accounts for correspondences. Work under general supervision while taking direction to work independently within a team. Schedules include weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by programming or department needs. This role reports to the Membership Sales Manager and offers base pay of $11.00 per hour plus commission.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma, GED or equivalent experience in sales
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Ability to take direction
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work within a team
- Availability for weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays
