Job Summary
Membership Sales and Service staff are responsible for achieving sales targets, delivering exceptional service and processing transactions in an accurate and efficient manner. Demonstrates commitment to YMCA mission/values, serves members and program participants, delivers service per YMCA SAM Standards, maintains knowledge of YMCA programs, proactively explores customer needs, promotes belonging, communicates safety deficiencies, maintains confidentiality, and completes duties as assigned. Requires flexible hours including evenings and weekends; training in AODA, health and safety, Bill 168, PCI, WHMIS, and child protection; CPR and First Aid current. The role emphasizes customer service excellence, transaction accuracy, program knowledge, confidentiality, and proactive member engagement within a community-focused YMCA environment.

- Proven Customer Service Experience
- Computer Literate
- Excellent Oral Communication Skills
- Adult Engagement & IC Level # 1 Certification
- Emergency Training
- Current CPR and First Aid
- AODA Training
- Health & Safety Awareness Training

- PCI Compliance
