Job Summary
Generate, maintain, and execute individual and corporate sales leads while assessing prospects' needs to find personal membership solutions. Coordinate promotional efforts to increase club awareness and establish relationships with local and national businesses through telemarketing, cold calling, guest passes, and walk-ins. Network at Harford County events to foster new business and retain current members by obtaining referrals. Maintain a prospect lead follow-up system to exceed personal and team goals. This role is commensurate with experience at $35-55k, with a varied schedule including weekends and evenings.
Required Qualifications

- at least one year of experience in a commission based/goal-oriented sales environment
- high school diploma or equivalent (i.e. GED)
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work a varied schedule that includes weekends and evening hours
