Job Summary
Membership sales rep responsible for selling and upgrading memberships, handling inquiries, providing club tours, converting leads to tours and new members, and maintaining member satisfaction. Build referral-based pipelines, meet/exceed monthly sales unit and membership fee goals, perform outside sales and grassroots marketing, telemarketing follow-up, and assist in integrating new members into the club. Participate in ongoing sales training, attend events and meetings, and ensure accurate completion of paperwork and lead tracking.
Required Qualifications
- HS diploma or equivalent
- Previous selling or account management experience
