Job Summary
Drive local impact by spending 90% of your time in the field across Grant County and surrounding markets, engaging local businesses and individual consumers to educate them on AMCN membership value. Develop relationships through door-to-door outreach, cold calling, referrals, and networking at community events, chamber activities, and with first responder partnerships. Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to close using a consultative approach that connects services to the real-life needs of families, farmers, and small business owners. Represent AMCN as a trusted local partner by strengthening brand awareness with civic groups, employers, healthcare organizations, and schools.
Required Qualifications
- Candidate must live within 50 to 75 miles of Grant County, KY
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Comfort with frequent travel is essential
- 3 years of previous B2C or B2B solutions-based field sales experience
- Experience developing relationships in community-focused, territory-based, or rural markets
Desired Qualifications
- Experience developing relationships in community-focused, territory-based, or rural markets is a strong plus
- Working knowledge of healthcare, insurance, emergency medical transport services, or membership-based sales
- Familiarity with the needs and values of rural and regional communities is highly valued
- Experience with cold calling and prospecting
- Experience in B2C or B2B solutions-based field sales
