Job Summary
Execute acquisition and retention strategies by converting potential members, pitching membership programs, and managing renewals and upgrades. Handle merchandise returns, exchanges, pick-ups, and general inquiries as the first line of contact for member concerns. Resolve issues courteously, escalate to management when necessary, and maintain accurate tax-exempt/resale status. Support BOPIC orders and ensure club policies and GOLD standards are followed daily. Maintain a friendly, positive attitude while delivering consistent service excellence. Regular, predictable attendance required.
Required Qualifications
- Regular, predictable, full attendance
- Prior front line/customer service or previous sales experience
- Basic math skills
- Computer proficiency

- Environmental Job Conditions: Most of the time is spent frequently remaining in a stationary position on hard surfaces
