Job Summary
Promotes BJ’s membership programs and converts potential members by delivering high-energy, persuasive presentations of membership options and credit-card benefits. Drives toward established goals and handles member-related tasks such as exchanges, returns, and Buy Online and Pick Up In Club (BOPIC) orders while delivering superior customer service. Maintains adherence to club policies, safety, and GOLD club standards; supports tax-exempt/resale policies, membership renewals, and issue resolution with members. Works as part of a team to meet performance benchmarks, demonstrates knowledge of program options, and addresses member questions and concerns with a positive, professional attitude.
Required Qualifications
- Prior front line/customer service or previous sales experience preferred
- Basic math skills preferred
- Computer proficiency preferred
