Job Summary
Sell a full menu of ticket products for the Los Angeles Rams, including Stadium Seat Licenses and Group Tickets, by turning prospects into loyal customers and closing sales through on-site, virtual, and offsite presentations. Handle incoming interest calls and information requests, then utilize the company CRM system to manage accounts, pipelines, and proposals while creating and tracking all contracts. Collaborate daily with teammates to discover best practices for sales and prospecting, and exceed individual sales goals and targets. Assist the service team during peak times and gamedays, and participate in events, promotions, and client entertainment as required. Work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to support the overall ticketing sales and service team needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-2 years sports sales experience
- Highly motivated self-starter with a passion for strategic thinking
- Coachable and eager to learn every day
- Ability to work well in a team selling environment and collaborate with others
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and general creativity
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to effectively communicate with prospects, customers and internal team
- Candidate should possess an optimistic, team-first attitude, as well as the competitive desire to be the best
- Candidate should possess both the personal and professional communication skills to interface with all levels of a company, both internally and externally
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiar with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Archtics, and Digital Presentation tools
- Ability to work irregular hours, including Rams Home Games, special events, nights, weekends and holidays
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation with ability to travel to offsite client meetings/presentations
