Job Summary
Membership Sales Associate responsible for educating customers on Unlimited Wash Memberships and all wash services, driving membership sales, and delivering excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. Role includes building connections with current and potential members, addressing inquiries and complaints promptly, meeting or exceeding sales goals, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities and membership data. Daily operations support such as washing cars may be required. Maintain a positive attitude, communicate effectively, stand for long shifts (4-8 hours, evenings/weekends), and work in all weather conditions. Proficiency with point of sale systems, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and flexibility in hours are essential. Training and development provided; opportunities for growth within Personal Touch Car Wash of Stayton.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- relevant sales experience preferred
