Job Summary
Membership Sales Associate responsible for driving membership sales and providing top-tier customer service in the car-wash environment. Actively engage customers to educate them about Unlimited Wash Memberships and wash services, maintain records of sales activities, and meet or exceed sales goals. Maintain a positive, professional demeanor, build connections with current and potential members, handle inquiries and complaints, assist with daily site operations, and support occasional wash operations. Works in a fast-paced setting with shifts that may include evenings and weekends, and must be physically fit to stand for extended periods and operate in various weather conditions. Training and development are provided.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- relevant sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Mechanical knowledge highly recommended
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Proficient in using point of sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills
- Positive attitude and a passion for customer satisfaction
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
