Job Summary
Greet every studio visitor with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge while presenting the Orangetheory concept to interested consumers. Work the front desk by answering phones, conversing with members, and guiding new clients through their first workout alongside trainers. Sell memberships to drive studio growth, follow up on prospective clients, and handle member concerns professionally to ensure resolution. Participate in marketing and outreach events while maintaining a clean, organized studio environment. This part-time or full-time role requires weekday morning shifts starting at 5:00 am or 5:30 am, with weekend morning availability, and offers industry-leading compensation, career development, and complimentary sweat sessions.
