Job Summary
Greet every studio visitor with enthusiasm, present the Orangetheory concept, and guide interested consumers through their first workout alongside trainers. Manage front desk operations by answering phones, conversing with members, and providing studio tours. Drive studio growth by selling memberships, following up on prospective clients, and handling member concerns professionally. Participate in marketing outreach events and ensure all studio areas remain clean and organized. This part-time or full-time role requires early morning shifts starting at 5:00 am or 5:30 am, Monday through Friday, with availability for weekend mornings.
