Job Summary
Membership Sales Associate at Orangetheory Fitness responsible for creating an exceptional member experience, welcoming members and guests, conducting studio tours, following up with leads, booking introductory workouts, guiding first-time guests through the Orangetheory experience, recommending memberships, answering inquiries, and maintaining a clean, welcoming studio while working closely with coaches and studio leadership to drive sales and foster a healthy community.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Customer service experience preferred
- Sales experience is considered a strong asset
- Basic computer proficiency
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Ability to empathize, problem-solve, and handle difficult conversations professionally
- Punctual, reliable, and accountable
