Engage customers in sales lanes to educate them on unlimited wash membership benefits and convert them into members. Provide professional customer service by handling inquiries, feedback, and complaints while maintaining accurate records of sales activities and membership data. Actively promote memberships and assist with daily site operations, including maintaining a clean work area and standing for up to eight hours in adverse weather. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals. Work shifts typically range from four to eight hours and may include evenings and weekends.
