Membership Sales Associate

Job Summary
Promote and sell memberships by educating prospective members on club benefits, pricing, programs, and services; conduct tours for prospective members and provide a welcoming, informative, and professional experience; build relationships with prospects and members to support long-term retention and member satisfaction; educate members and the public on available club programs, services, and events to increase participation and engagement; assist in the development and execution of membership sales and retention campaigns; follow up with prospective members through phone calls, email, and text communication; maintain accurate membership records and ensure all required documentation is completed in compliance with company policies and procedures; support front desk operations and assist Member Services staff when necessary; attend all required staff meetings, training sessions, and educational sessions; maintain knowledge of club offerings, promotions, and operational procedures; perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or a related field
- Experience in the fitness, health, or wellness industry strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable speaking with individuals and groups in both one-on-one and public settings
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency with computers, internet applications, and customer management systems
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
