Job Summary
Responsible for executing acquisition and renewal of BJ’s Loyalty Programs, upgrading and cross-selling BJ’s membership programs, handling merchandise returns, exchanges, pick-ups, and general customer service inquiries. Delivers excellent member service, supports club policies and compliance, and works as part of a team to achieve goals. Promotes the BJ’s value proposition, converts potential members by pitching membership options, and assists with Buy Online and Pick Up In Club orders. Maintains accurate signage and adheres to Gold Club standards, with a focus on fast, friendly service and member satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Prior front line/customer service or previous sales experience preferred.
