Job Summary
Responsible for executing membership acquisition, renewing, upgrading, and cross-selling BJ’s Loyalty Programs, while handling merchandise returns, exchanges, pick-ups, and general customer service inquiries. Delivers superior member service, supports club policies and compliance, maintains a safe and positive environment, and upholds Gold Club Standards and performance goals. Demonstrates knowledge of BJ’s Membership options and credit card products, contributes to tax-exempt/resale processes, and assists with Buy Online and Pick Up In Club orders. Regular attendance and collaboration with the team are essential.
